"Again Aldo turned it on for us, watching the final 30km in the Lampre team bus before heading to the finish line.
Stinking hot day here and the boys all looked well tired, Di Luca and Contador looked good mind you.
Bikes of choice... short list of Movistar Pinarello and Lampre Wilier, Liquigas Cannondale also nice. Cavendish ranting and raving as he came past us, very upset that Petacchi moved off his line, nobody at Lampre seemed too concerned though!"
